Let’s face it most people going to the gym to burn fat are doing 30-60 minutes of steady state cardio or H.I.I.T. () and maybe some weight training before or after the cardio session. This method works to a degree, as when you separate your “strength” and “cardio” training you do get the benefits of both forms of exercise individually. However you’re NOT getting into “ ” as you would be if you were able to combine the two disciplines strategically!
